Resident at Churchill County meeting alleges voting-machine infiltration and other concerns

During the public-comment portion of the meeting, resident Jeff Nell (identified himself and provided an address) made repeated allegations about election equipment and voiced other grievances.

"Domain [Dominion] voting machines have been infiltrated by South America 2," Nell said, adding that he hoped the county would return to paper ballots. He also criticized county representatives and library operations, and described political concerns in broad terms.

County chair and staff allowed the remarks under the three-minute public-comment rules; the board did not take action on the assertions. Nell spoke multiple times during the meeting, reiterating similar themes before the meeting adjourned.
