Tennessee House announces committee assignments and reschedules rules committee; recess set for Feb. 9

House leadership announced multiple committee reassignments and a schedule change for the rules committee during the floor session. The clerk said the rules committee meeting that had been set for after session that day was moved to Monday after session to hear a petition from Representative Towns.
