The Pingree Grove Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend that the village board approve the proposed final plat for parcel PID 02033001 (south of Route 20, west of Thurnau Road, north of the railroad tracks), subject to final staff, legal and engineering approval.
The petitioner (First Midwest Group) told the commission there were no substantive changes to the plat beyond the updated landscaping plan already in the packet and the change to primary access discussed earlier. A motion to recommend approval, conditioned on final staff, legal and engineering approvals, was made, seconded and passed on a roll-call vote.
Staff and the petitioner noted Lot 2 would initially be retained by the current owner and that the final plat will remain subject to the same off-site utility, legal and engineering clarifications required before recording. The commission closed the public hearing for the final plat after the vote.
