Lake Forest Park court reschedules Bailey Garrison and sets pretrial for Ramirez Martinez

Court and counsel agreed to reschedule matters during the Feb. 4 readiness session. Counsel asked to set the Nicholas Bailey Garrison matters over because a related felony trial is scheduled to begin next week; the court set readiness for April 1 at 2:00 p.m. (Zoom) and the linked trial for April 7 at 9:00 a.m. The defense noted the defendant had been placed on a waiting list for domestic-violence classes; counsel (Dustin Burke, attorney of record, was referenced) may file supporting documentation later.

In the matter of Andres Ramirez Martinez the defense requested a continuance because the defendant had a recent medical suspension that could affect negotiations and sentencing. The court granted two hours of interpreter time, set a pretrial for 03/18/2026 at 9:00 a.m., and reset the speedy-trial clock to 06/16/2026; the clerk will mail notice of the new date to the defendant’s address on file.
