Maintenance team reports steady completion rates; district posts two mechanic openings

Staff also reported they posted two maintenance mechanic positions and had received about four applicants so far, with plans to interview and onboard new hires within a few weeks. Delivery order activity was slower in January due to the holidays; some maintenance items took more than seven days depending on access and scope.
