Planning Board releases $3,500 drainage bond for Lot 3 (12 Reservoir Ave)

Planning staff told the board the work covered by the bond had been completed, the Board of Health had approved the related items, and engineering raised no outstanding concerns. No one representing the project was present at the meeting.

A board member moved to release the bond, the motion was seconded, and the board voted unanimously to approve the release and acknowledge the Board of Health’s sign‑off.

The release closes the town’s financial assurance for the drainage work on the lot; any future concerns about the site would be handled through the appropriate town inspection and enforcement processes.
