- Consent agenda: Board approved the consent agenda by roll call. (SEG 1208–1224)
- Service Authority bylaws amendment (electronic participation): Directors adopted an amendment to add a section permitting electronic participation consistent with the Board of Supervisors' rules and a cited Virginia code provision; motion passed. (SEG 1242–1275)
- Ratification of local declaration of emergency: Board ratified the county-administrator declaration and amended the end date to the date of the meeting (see separate article for details). (SEG 3206–3316)
- DCJS unmanned aircraft trade-and-replace grant: The board accepted a $20,320 grant to replace public-safety drones and authorized the county administrator to execute required documents. (SEG 3330–3403)
- Bank of America P-card program: The board authorized the county administrator to execute the participant account form to implement a Bank of America purchasing-card program, with staff to finalize policy, cardholder lists and controls. - Elevator modernization (Rivercomb Building): Board authorized proceeding with Otis' modernization quote in the amount of $215,335 for elevator modernization and repair at the administrative building; staff cited a typical 1-year parts-and-labor warranty and an approximate 30–60 day lead time before work begins. - Bay Workforce Consortium funding: Board authorized $7,142 from contingency to the Bay Workforce Consortium, a per-capita membership the county participates in. (SEG 3890–3964)
