Council approves additions to zoning and administrative hearings fee schedule

At the Feb. 3 meeting the Montgomery County Council approved a resolution to add items to the Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings comprehensive fee schedule.

Council member Don Lukey moved approval of the resolution; Council member Sarah Evans seconded the motion. The president called for those in favor to raise their hands and recorded that the motion passed unanimously by those present.

The public hearing on the fee schedule drew no registered speakers before it was closed. County staff will publish the amended fee schedule and implement billing changes through the Department of General Services per standard administrative procedures.

The council did not read a formal roll call vote on the record in the transcript; the outcome was recorded as unanimous by the presiding officer.
