- Minutes of Jan. 27 meeting — Motion to approve carried on roll call (Commissioner Sainauton: Yes; Commissioner Kennedy: Yes; Commissioner Gobert: Yes).
- Filing of three incoming documents into the record (letters from Gateway Engineers/People’s Natural Gas re GP-5 permit near Bowland; Gateway Engineers/PA American Water re GP-5 waterline replacement in Shamrock Township; Timothy Saint John Act 14/NPDES application for Twilight Mobile Home Park sewage) — Motion to file carried on roll call.
- Resolution 10 (consideration/authorization related to LERTA in Hickory Township) — Board voted to approve consideration of LERTA for the zoned area; roll-call yes votes were recorded and the motion carried.
