Del City council and trustees approve routine consents, appoint Adrian So, OK purchase of wastewater filter cassettes

Del City and its authorities approved multiple consent-docket items and routine motions at the Feb. 2 meeting. The council and the Municipal Services Authority approved minutes and a budget amendment included on the consent docket. The Municipal Services Authority approved a modified sole-source purchase: up to $50,000 for 50 filter cassettes from Westech Engineering LLC for the wastewater treatment plant; the motion was clarified and approved with recorded unanimous votes.

Council approved the mayor's appointment of Adrian So to the Parks & Beautification Committee for a term expiring Feb. 2, 2030; Adrian So accepted the appointment at the dais. Council also declared items listed in the meeting's Exhibit A as surplus and authorized the city manager to determine final disposition.
