Bangor City committee asks staff for full list of properties tied to economic development fund

Committee members asked for background on the Bangor City economic development fund and the properties assigned to it. Staff reported they had located the original council action that created the fund (document bearing the signature of Ed Barrett) and said the properties assigned to the fund are primarily city-owned parcels, including sites on Main Ave, Audlin, and the business park.

A committee member asked staff to provide a complete, itemized list of properties assigned to the fund; staff said that list will be included in the next meeting packet and also appear as part of the upcoming budget process. No formal action or vote on fund property assignments was taken at this meeting.
