The Whitestown Redevelopment Commission convened Feb. 2, 2025, approved meeting minutes and unanimously authorized a roadway program management and construction insurance invoice, and asked staff to arrange a developer update at the March meeting.
The commission voted to approve minutes listed in the agenda as "01/14/2026." An unidentified commissioner moved the approval and a second was recorded; the motion passed unanimously. (The minutes date appears in the transcript as 01/14/2026 and has been preserved here as stated on the agenda.)
On claims, staff presented an invoice from American Structure Point described in the record as "$1,700" for program management and construction insurance related to ongoing roadway work. An unidentified speaker said the invoice will now recur monthly as the vendor manages project tasks; staff and commissioners noted those costs are likely to rise as utility relocation and full construction begin.
Mark Pasquale, RDC president, asked staff to make sure "New City come and give us an update in the near future" and requested that representatives from Shree and Structure Point be present at that meeting. The commission agreed to place a developer update on the March agenda.
A separate motion to approve the roadway program management and construction insurance invoice number 200713 was moved, seconded, and approved unanimously. No other business or public comments were recorded, and the commission adjourned.
The commission did not reference any statutes or ordinances during the discussion. The next scheduled item on record is the planned developer update in March.
