CAPS commission appoints Cammy and Kale as co-chairs by unanimous voice vote

At the meeting the commission accepted nominations for co-chairs after two members volunteered. "Cammy and Kale have volunteered to be the co-chairs," a member announced, and the commission proceeded with a voice vote.
