Ozark City Council approved the minutes from its Dec. 16, 2025 meeting, set the evening's agenda as presented and adjourned after a short set of announcements and member check-ins.
The Presiding Officer opened the regular voting session and asked for approval of the previous meeting minutes. An unidentified council member moved to accept the minutes "from the regular council meeting that was held on 12/16/2025 as presented," and Councilman Perrault seconded. After the vote, the Presiding Officer said, "Motion carried."
Council members then considered the agenda for the current meeting. An unidentified council member moved that the council "set the agenda as presented." The motion was seconded; the Presiding Officer called the vote and again announced, "Motion carried."
During a round of announcements, Mayor Ward informed the council that she will distribute lists of all boards that have expired and those that will expire in February, and that the council will be asked to address them at the next meeting. There was no substantive debate or additional policy discussion recorded on the transcript.
The Presiding Officer made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded; after a final vote the Presiding Officer announced the motion carried and the meeting concluded. The council did not take formal action on ordinances, resolutions, contracts or budget items during the session.
