Pulaski County zoning board approves agenda, minutes, corrects July meeting date and adjourns

After opening, Speaker 1 called for approval of the meeting agenda; a motion and second were recorded and the agenda was approved by voice vote ('Aye'). The board then considered three sets of minutes (03/31/2025, 07/15/2025 and 11/24/2025); no objections were raised and the minutes were approved by voice vote.

Speaker 2 flagged a clerical error in the published schedule that showed the July meeting as July 28 (a Tuesday) rather than Monday, July 27. Speaker 1 moved to accept the clerical correction and the board voted in favor; Speaker 2 said they would republish the corrected schedule to ensure coordination with the legally published notice.

Speaker 2 also reminded the board the next regular meeting had been moved to March 30 (from March 23) because of Pulaski County school spring break and suggested scheduling a February session to allow sufficient time for advertisement of any rules changes. Speaker 1 said they would prefer to wait until the attorney's review is complete before scheduling an extra meeting.

Speaker 1 asked for public comment; none was offered. The board approved a motion to adjourn and the meeting ended with the clerk noting the time as 06:14.
