An approximately 9:05 a.m. Mendocino County meeting handled only routine matters on its agenda, unanimously accepting withdrawals of six protest applications, approving the minutes of Oct. 27 and adjourning after brief procedural items. No public comment was received in person or online.
The clerk read the requested withdrawals as "protest application numbers 250007, 250008, 250009, 250010, 250011 and 250012," and the chair moved to accept the withdrawals. The motion was seconded and, after aye votes were recorded, the chair announced the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting also included a motion to approve the minutes of Oct. 27; the motion was seconded, the clerk confirmed there were no public commenters present, and the minutes were approved by recorded ayes.
Throughout the session, business was strictly procedural. As the chair put it, "This is gonna be the quickest meeting ever." The clerk confirmed there were no extension-of-time requests, stipulations, continuances or protest hearings scheduled for the session.
The chair announced the next meeting is scheduled for April 27. The meeting concluded after the chair moved to adjourn and the motion was seconded.
