Committee names Chris chair, agrees to hold facilities meetings at 1:00 p.m.

"Any earlier in the day that we can make it is beneficial to me and Brandy," Sam said, describing the crew's hours and overtime concerns.

Members framed the change as a staff‑centric decision intended to allow more efficient use of staff time while preserving public access via recorded meetings.
