Mesa — The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on Jan. 28, 2026, unanimously approved its consent agenda, which included approval of the Jan. 14, 2026 meeting minutes and a staff‑recommended major site plan modification (AZON2500378) for Angie's Prime Grill, a proposed 1,692‑square‑foot restaurant with a drive‑through on roughly 0.7 acres east of South Chrisman Road and East Southern Avenue.

The board took the consent items in a single motion. Staff read the two consent items: the minutes and the Angie's Prime Grill application, which was described as approximately 0.7 acres located about 575 feet east of the southeast corner of South Chrisman Road and East Southern Avenue.
