City staff asked the council to schedule formal acceptance of completed work at Gesa Stadium that added female locker rooms.

Director Sarah described before‑and‑after improvements carried out by Bandon Construction under a contract originally awarded for $230,000. Some alternates were not exercised and a change order reduced the final contract cost to about $211,000.
