Votes at a glance: agenda amendment, minutes approved, Trust adjourns to executive session

Three formal roll‑call actions were recorded during the Trust’s Jan. 20 meeting.

First, the Trust approved an amendment to the agenda (relocating an item to Thursday’s meeting). Chair Brian Sullivan asked for a motion to amend the agenda; the motion was moved and seconded and the roll‑call vote recorded members as voting aye.

Second, the Trust voted to approve minutes of the Jan. 6 meeting after a motion and second; the chair conducted a roll‑call and members voted to adopt the minutes.

Finally, the Trust voted to adjourn open session and enter executive session with no return to open session; the motion was moved, seconded and passed by roll‑call.

The meeting then moved into executive session and did not return to open session during the Jan. 20 meeting.
