St. Marys swears in new patrol officer as city reports snow-removal overtime and retirement

Julius M. Fisher was sworn in as a patrol officer for the city of St. Marys during the council meeting tonight, repeating the oath to support the U.S. Constitution and the Ohio Constitution and to faithfully discharge the duties of his office.
