Roselle board approves $3.1M accounts payable and amends FY2025 budgets across capital funds

The board considered finance items and approved an accounts payable list dated Jan. 26, 2026, in the amount of $3,104,334.06. Trustee Lanisa moved the approval; the motion passed after the roll call.

Following the payables vote, the board moved and passed an ordinance to amend the fiscal year 2025 budget across several funds: tourism fund, Rebuild Illinois capital funds, capital general capital projects fund, TIF #4 East Irving Park Road fund, water/sewer extension fund, water/sewer equipment replacement fund, and parking lot capital projects fund. No substantive discussion was recorded during the meeting; the ordinance passed on roll call.

The board recorded that the budget amendments affect multiple capital accounts and are intended to align fund budgets with project timing and grant revenues; staff will continue to present budget updates as projects and grant receipts are finalized.
