Assemblymember presents AB 1091 to create 8-letter specialty license plates to support rural programs

Assemblymember Gallagher presented AB 1091 as a presentation-only item, describing an idea to authorize 8-character specialty license plates and use the revenue to support rural programs such as Williamson Act subventions.
