Madison County forms committee to review BOT proposals for Scottson Phillips addition

The board approved a committee to review and score build-operate-transfer proposals for the Scottson Phillips addition.

County engineer Jessica told commissioners that requests for qualifications and proposals were on the street and due next Wednesday at 4 p.m. Unidentified Speaker read the proposed committee roster, which included commissioners (named as Richwine, Pratt and Gardner in the list), County Councilman Rob Steele, county surveyor Veil Kaczynski, Joe Davis from the health department, County Attorney Jeff Graham, Jessica Baston (county engineer), and nonvoting member Andrew Cochran from Commonwealth. The board moved and approved the committee by voice vote.

Jessica said she would email committee materials to members following the meeting. Proposers were reminded of the submission deadline noted in the public record.
