The Centennial City Council approved its consent agenda on Jan. 20, which included two land-use ordinances and minutes from special and regular meetings in early January.
Miss Lovelace read the consent agenda into the record, listing an ordinance to rezone property north of East Dry Creek Road and west of Interstate 25 (case RZONEDash25Dash00005, Ordinance number 2026-O-01) and an ordinance to vacate a right-of-way west of South Alton Court adjacent to Kelmore Park West (case VACPDash25Dash00001, Ordinance number 2026-O-02), among other routine items. Council member Sander moved approval of the consent agenda "as read into the record," Council member Holt seconded, and the chair directed the clerk to record the vote; the transcript records the motion as carried ("ayes").
The consent agenda also included minutes of the special meeting of Jan. 5, 2026, the study session of Jan. 6, 2026, and the regular meeting of Jan. 6, 2026.
Because these items were on the consent agenda, they were approved without separate discussion; staff will proceed under the ordinances’ existing schedules and administrative timelines.
