County approves third amendment to voting-system agreement with Dominion (now Liberty Vote)

Clerk-Treasurer Stacey Lundberg presented a third amendment to Lyon County27s voting-system agreement with Dominion Voting Systems Incorporated (identified in meeting materials as now known as Liberty Vote).

Lundberg explained the amendment covers updated equipment and noted the original contract and attachments were included in the agenda packet for context. She said the contract includes a 30-day termination provision on notice and that staff had reviewed terms with county counsel and other staff prior to bringing the amendment for approval (SEG 2261-2277).

Commissioner Hockaday moved approval of the third amendment and Commissioner Casanelli seconded. The board approved the amendment by a 5-0 vote.

The item was approved as presented; the board did not request additional changes at the meeting.
