Northborough Historic District Commission approves Dec. 17 minutes and its annual report

The Northborough Historic District Commission unanimously approved the minutes from its Dec. 17 meeting and formally adopted its annual report at a remote meeting on Jan. 21.

Bob Light, chair of the Northborough Historic District Commission, presented the draft minutes and the annual report and asked members for edits. After a short discussion about picture sizing and matching the one-page format used last year, a motion to approve the minutes passed by roll call. A subsequent motion to approve the annual report also passed unanimously.

Commissioners said the report will be submitted before the end of the month. The chair said he would resend the report with a revised font and reduced picture sizing if necessary to ensure the document fits the one-page limit.

The commission set its next regular meeting for Feb. 18, 2025.
