Oak Harbor parks board approves agenda and minutes; public comment interrupted by audio issues

The Oak Harbor Parks & Recreation advisory board on an early meeting approved its agenda and the minutes from the previous meeting and then proceeded to reports and discussion.

Jana Warner moved to approve the agenda; the motion was seconded and carried with no objections. Warner later moved to approve the prior meeting’s minutes; that motion was also seconded and approved.

A caller who identified himself as Hal (Hal Hobby) joined the call but experienced audio and speaker problems and was not able to deliver substantive remarks; the board said staff would follow up through available channels.
