Treatment provider shifts aftercare model to monthly individual check‑ins after lower group attendance

Adrianna, reporting on treatment services, said Rackstop IoT currently has 16 active clients and that the program has changed curriculum and aftercare delivery.

"Right now, we have 16 clients, active clients in IoT," Adrianna said. She described a curriculum change: the program moved from the Matrix curriculum to the Seeking Safety curriculum and staff were trained and certified to facilitate it.

Adrianna said aftercare was restructured because group attendance fell and many referrals were landlord‑driven, which reduced group effectiveness. "So we did away with the smart recovery, and we kept the groups, and we kept the individual sessions...So right now, our aftercare does consist of just a monthly session," she said, describing a standard three‑month aftercare package (one individual session per month) that can be extended to six months if clinically indicated.

Adrianna and council members noted staffing is now stable and that the program may hire an additional staff member to assist evening groups. The council did not vote on program changes at the meeting; staff will continue monitoring referrals and attendance.
