Beaufort Oyster Festival, part of Tides to Tables, set for Jan. 17–18 at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park

The sixth annual Beaufort Oyster Festival, presented alongside Tides to Tables restaurant week, will take place Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 17–18, at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park, the county bulletin said.

Festival activities on Saturday begin at 8 a.m. with the Oyster Boogie 5K, followed by festival programming from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. featuring fresh local oysters, lowcountry cuisine, local beer from Shell Ring Ale Works, participating organizations and educators, and live music. The bulletin said Sunday will feature a tournament and additional live music, concluding the event.
