Committee approves minutes and sponsors, then moves to executive session for collective bargaining

The Easton School Committee completed routine procedural business including approving regular meeting minutes of Dec. 11, 2025 and workshop minutes of Dec. 9 and Dec. 15, 2025; the committee also approved but did not release executive session minutes for March 19, 2025 and Dec. 9, 2025. The chair announced signed warrants 048S and 047S.

The committee considered and approved a slate of new banner sponsors that support athletics and extracurriculars; sponsors listed in the packet included Boston Pads, Easton Woodwrights, Lamakia Realty of Easton, Law Office of Michael S. Cahill Jr., Nelson Cruz Entertainment, Pedrante Mechanical, Pizza Depot, and Viking Sheet Metal.

At the end of the open meeting the chair moved to enter executive session under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss collective bargaining strategy with the Eastern Educator Association. The committee voted by roll call to enter executive session and stated it would not return to open session.
