Staff emphasized that engineering details and road design will be reviewed during the preliminary plat process and that acceleration/deceleration lanes and stormwater detention will be required.
Item 9: The commission received and approved the December 2025 fee fund and expense report; staff noted a seasonal slowdown in building activity affected fee receipts.
