Lebanon County commissioners appoint 2026 leadership, fill key posts

The Lebanon County Board of Commissioners held its annual reorganization meeting on Jan. 4, approving leadership roles and a slate of administrative appointments for 2026. Commissioners moved and approved the nomination of "Mister McCutta" as chairman and a vice chairman by voice vote; motions were seconded and carried.

The board also appointed a secretary of the board and named Jamie Wollgle as chief county clerk. The panel ratified liaison assignments, approved the 2026 meeting schedule and confirmed county employees on payroll effective Jan. 4, 2026. Motions to appoint a solicitor and other officers were made and approved; the transcript records variant spellings for the solicitor's name and commissioners noted the pronunciation uncertainty on the record.

The actions were procedural and carried by voice vote with affirmative "aye" responses. The board indicated that detailed lists of appointments, liaison assignments and salary schedules will be included in the official minutes.
