Elections: Staff ran the formal election process. Commissioners conducted nominations and a formal vote; the motion to elect the chair carried 4‑0 and the commission elected Carla Low as vice chair (motion passed 4‑0). The chair thanked commissioners for entrusting them with leadership for the year.
