The Economic Improvement Board on Jan. 13, 2026, held officer elections and completed routine governance business, including approval of previous minutes and setting meeting dates for 2026.
Speaker 1 nominated Pete Anderson to continue as EIB president; a second was recorded and the board approved the nomination by roll call, with Pete Anderson, John, Sri and Todd voting yes. The board then nominated and approved John for vice president and Todd for secretary in subsequent roll-call votes.
A motion to approve the Oct. 2025 meeting minutes was made and seconded; a roll-call vote recorded unanimous approval by the four members present. The chair asked for public requests to speak; none were submitted.
Board members announced the 2026 meeting schedule: April 14, July 14 and Oct. 13, all at 3:00 p.m. The meeting was adjourned following a motion and second.
