Brimfield trustees approve routine purchase orders, inventories and a $50 fire-department donation

The Brimfield Board of Trustees approved routine administrative items during Tuesday's meeting, including final purchase orders, multiple departmental inventories and a small donation to the fire department.

After the chair called for approval, trustees moved and seconded to accept the final purchase orders presented; the motion passed on roll call. The board then accepted inventories for parks, fire, police and roads in separate motions; each motion carried by recorded vote with Kevin, Sue and Nick voting yes.

Separately, trustees voted to accept a $50 donation presented by a trustee and reported as already handed to Jasmine (township staff). Trustees said they would send a thank-you note, and the donation acceptance was approved by roll call.

These items were handled under the meeting's administration and fire-department sections and required no additional action beyond updating the township's records.
