Votes at a glance: Turlock council approves annexation, camera design contract and two municipal code amendments; consent calendar passed with one item pulled

The Turlock City Council recorded several routine approvals during the meeting:

- Annexation (Item 10a): Council approved annexation number 40 to Community Facilities District (CFD) 2 for property at 3831 N. - Camera-system design contract (Item 11b): Staff recommended and council approved an agreement with Guidepost Solutions not to exceed $165,300 for camera system design services to standardize coverage at city-owned facilities. - Final readings (Items 9a and 9b): Council held and then passed second/final readings for two ordinances amending the Turlock Municipal Code (Title 7 and Title 8). No substantive public comment was received on these items at the meeting.
