Planning staff back amendment to specific-use permit to add campus lot and extend security fence

Planning staff told The Village Council that Planning and Zoning recommended approval of a second amendment to an existing specific-use permit that would add Lot 10 (described in the transcript as 'Lot South, 789 Current Center') to the campus and allow extension of the campus security fence.
