Votes and formal actions: minutes approved; Jennifer Stevens appointed vice chair; meeting adjourned

Follow up: Staff was assigned to prepare comparison charts of existing setbacks and bona fide agricultural rules, identify deficiencies the EE option might address, and invite practitioners or neighboring‑jurisdiction representatives to provide input at a future meeting.
