The San Francisco Board of Supervisors approved a consent calendar of ordinances, resolutions and administrative actions on Jan. 13, covering grant acceptances, housing financing, airport lease adjustments, and appointments.
Notable adopted items include ordinances to vacate portions of streets for a San Francisco Fire Department training facility and related zoning changes for 1236 Carroll Avenue; rescinded numeric family limits in the planning code (Item 4); acceptance of two Department of Energy prize awards to pilot heat pump and water‑heater retrofits in San Francisco homes (Items 5 & 6); San Francisco International Airport food and beverage lease rent adjustments (Item 7); multiple Department of Public Health grant agreements (Items 8–13) totaling tens of millions in anticipated revenue; and housing financing and subsidy resolutions for 967 Mission and related transactions (Items 15, 16 and 18).
The board also approved a first amendment to an agreement for rehabilitative board and care services (Item 17) increasing the total to approximately $32.6 million, and confirmed appointments to the Inclusionary Housing Technical Advisory Committee (Item 19). Items 31 and 32 on the adopt‑without‑committee calendar were also adopted unanimously.
Most consent items were approved "same house, same call" or without objection; votes on key ordinances and resolutions were unanimous (11 ayes) where roll calls were read on the record.
