Land Use & Zoning chair reorders agenda, defers multiple items and flags amendment procedure for Item 16

The Land Use & Zoning committee convened on Jan. 6 and the chair moved several agenda items and announced deferrals across the docket. Members agreed the committee should break the process into at least two votes—a vote on the first amendment and then a vote on the second amendment—rather than attempting to resolve both in one action.
