Beaufort County Council to meet tonight; agenda and public-comment links posted online

Beaufort County officials said the County Council will hold a regular session tonight at 6 p.m. in the County Council Chambers at 100 Reebok Road in Beaufort. "The meeting will be preceded by a 4PM executive committee and 5PM caucus meeting," Kyla Williams said in the county news bulletin.

The county said the agenda, minutes and a video link for the meeting are available on beaufortcountysc.gov, and a separate online form is provided for submitting public comments. County broadcasts of the meetings will appear on BCTV and be simulcast on the county’s YouTube channel.

The bulletin did not list agenda items or estimated duration for the regular session. For details on agenda items and to submit comments, the county directs residents to beaufortcountysc.gov/news. The county did not state whether public comment will be taken in person, remotely, or both.
