Board tables AT&T item for 940 Lawson Road after wetland delineation delayed

The board tabled consideration of AT&T’s proposal for 940 Lawson Road after an AT&T representative said a required wetland delineation has not yet been returned by Kostich Engineering and that field work is unlikely until spring.

An AT&T representative with Centerline Communications told the board, "We don't have a wetland delineation back from Kostich Engineering yet...probably not until springtime due to the snow and ice and rain," and said weather has prevented survey work.

Brenda Lewis was noted as joining the meeting virtually for the item but did not speak during the discussion. Following the update, Board member (S2) moved to table the item; Board member (S1) seconded. When the board called for a vote, an AT&T representative verbally affirmed "Aye," and the board tabled the item pending submittal of the wetland delineation and any subsequent staff review.

The board did not set a specific date for return of the item; the representative said the applicant expects to pursue the delineation when on-site work is feasible in spring. The board moved on to the next agenda item after the motion.
