Williamson County's planning commission approved several routine and nonroutine items during its Jan. 22 meeting.
On the consent and regular agenda the commission approved the Dec. 11, 2025 minutes and accepted the consent agenda after a recusal. Staff presented and the commission approved final plats for Violin Meadows (32.55 acres, five lots; added three fire hydrants), Stone Ridge (69.98 acres, five lots), and Stevens Valley (0.77 acres, open-space designation). The county's staff reports indicated resource protection standards were met and appropriate utility districts or on-site septic approvals were in place for those projects.
The commission also approved a site plan for an amenity center in Bonterra that adds a pavilion, a fire pit and a walking trail in open space, and standard staff conditions were attached to the approval. Separately, the commission added a non-agenda final plat for James A. Sokol (Sokol and Kimball Subdivision, 2 lots on 11.95 acres) to the agenda and approved it after staff explained the earlier approval had expired because the plat was not recorded within 60 days; the applicant later satisfied outstanding water-district items.
Taken together, these approvals clear several projects to advance to final recording or construction steps, subject to staff conditions and any required recording of documents.
Next steps: applicants must meet standard staff conditions and record plats or submit required documents to the county prior to final releases.
