Ryan Robbins elected chair of Bangor Parks, Recreation & Harbor Advisory Committee

At the start of the Parks, Recreation & Harbor Advisory Committee meeting, Director Trace Hillett opened nominations for the committees annual chair. Ryan Robbins volunteered and members voted to appoint him as chair for the calendar year by voice vote. The meeting record notes "we just passed the vote," but the transcript does not capture a roll-call tally, mover or seconder.

Hillett thanked Robbins for accepting the role and turned the meeting over to him to continue the facilities master-plan review and project discussion.

The committee provided no further formal votes on capital items at this meeting; staff will prepare refined cost estimates and bring them back in advance of the FY27 capital-request process.
