Newly elected Orange Village Council members sworn in; meeting recessed for cake

Unidentified Speaker (Mayor) opened the gathering by announcing that the first order of business was to administer the oath of office to newly elected and re-elected members of the Orange Village Council and that the oaths would be given individually.
