Council adopts Ordinance No. 26-2105 rezoning Adero Mixed Use Neighborhood

Clerk read Ordinance No. 26-2105 concerning the Adero Mixed Use Neighborhood (application H20240068) and described rezoning across multiple parcels and zoning districts. The ordinance rezones 11.19 acres from R-4 and CC to R-8, 35.82 acres from LO and CG to R-15, and approximately 10 acres from CC to CG for a total CG zoning district area cited in the reading.

Councilman Taylor moved to approve Ordinance No. 26-2105; the motion was seconded and taken by roll call. The clerk recorded ayes from members present and the motion carried. The ordinance directs staff to file copies with the county assessor, county treasurer, county recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission as required by law.
