Templeton Board of Health reviews minutes, acknowledges Open Meeting Law paperwork and schedules Feb. 3 meeting

The Town of Templeton Board of Health reviewed the minutes from Dec. 10 and the transcript records Speaker 1 saying, "I make a motion to accept the minutes from December 10," followed by a second on the record. The meeting moved on after the motion; no formal roll-call tally for the minutes acceptance is recorded in the transcript.

Marie (S2) reported that documentation related to an Open Meeting Law complaint was received this morning and that she and Speaker 1 have an appointment on Jan. 13 in the morning to finish the follow-up. She said she would send a confirming notice and that the complainant could continue the process if they choose.

Marie announced the next Board meeting is scheduled for Feb. 3 and said she will add a public-comment section to that meeting’s agenda. At the end of the session Speaker 3 moved to adjourn, Speaker 1 seconded, and the transcript records, "we're all in favor," after which the meeting ended by voice assent.
