Resident requests public records for November meeting with BZA member; commissioners ask for written request

Commissioners responded that the BZA member had asked to speak with Commissioner Petrovis and another commissioner after a prior meeting and that the conversation was a brief, informal encounter rather than a formal meeting. The board asked Resterlein to submit a written records request so staff could research and provide a formal response.
