Glendale council recesses to closed session over anticipated litigation involving Sears site properties

After approving a resolution ratifying a local emergency, the Glendale City Council recessed to closed session on Jan. 2 to discuss anticipated litigation. The city attorney read the item as "conference with legal counsel anticipated litigation, significant exposures to litigation pursuant to subdivisions d 2 and e 2 of the Government Code section 54956.9, 1 potential case."
